    UD Customer Service

I sent them an e-mail a week ago, and they still haven't responded. I opened a box and received quite a few cards that had scan lines and white lines across them.

Would I receive a replacement card identical to the damaged one?

Emails to UD are always sketchy. I have not heard of anyone getting responses quickly by that route. I would call them directly, and see what they could do for you. I had better luck this way.

This is what's important to call 1-800-873-7332, but read all the info first.

Their facebook page gets you a quick reply too.

They will respond to the emails, eventually, but from my own experience..... you're looking a at a month wait (or longer).

They have been having system errors with their phone lines for a few days. Just when it seemed like they were up and running again, I guess I called during their staff lunch break
