Actually i think Avery fought him after that ..... Dubinsky had a go with him too at some point ...

Avery did about 10 minutes later in that game. That was it. Not exactly the response seeing your non-physical leading scorer getting punched around would typically garner.

I didn't like the fact that Carcillo did it, and much like when Matt Cooke took out Marc Savard with that hit, someone with a pair of balls should have manned up immediately and intervened. You never stand idly by while your best player gets abused.

Obviously you aren't aware of the playoff schedule, seeing as how the Flyers aren't playing tonight.

But yes, if taking Giroux off the ice would give the Devils a great chance to score, I'm sure they would. Giroux would have to be willing to go as well though, which usually the highly skilled players like Gaborik aren't willing to. Since Gaborik was though, Carcillo took the opportunity.

Don't ya think that a healthy , Vick should start ?? Great arm , runs for as many yards as some running backs ... Just the little we saw of him last year , he still looks good imo .... He's no Phillip Rivers but ......

No way, Vick is a bum and always was a bum. He never had a solid season throwing the football.

Doesn't matter anyway, he's gonna be traded by the end of this week. No way they have Vick as a back up to Kolb cause Vick is a terrible mentor.
