Mel Clark - outfielder for the Phillies from 1951-1955

Ford "Moon" Mullen - played for the 1944 Philadelphia Blue Jays

Dick Gray - brief career was split between the Dodgers and the Cardinals from 1985-1960

Les Layton - Homered in his first at bat for the 1948 NY Giants. That was his only season in the majors.

Dick Adams - Homered in his first at bat for the 1947 Philadelphia A's. He only lasted one season in the majors.

Charles "Bubba" Harris - pitched for the 1948-51 Philadelphia A's and briefly for the '51 Indians.

These are great...I too started sending out questionnaires in the same fashion, different questions depending on the player and experience.
I am amazed that the old timers, from the 40's, 50's, are more cooperative than players from the 70's and 80's.
My kids really enjoy checking the mail to see what returns I might have.
