So, I used to do a bit of TTM when I was younger, but got discouraged about how many no-replies and PPs I got, so I quit. But, now, I'm getting back into it, so here's my successes. I sent out a bunch of emails a couple weeks ago and just sent out about 20 photos yesterday (5/10/10) so hopefully some of those will be coming back in the next few weeks. I'm going to post both email & snail mail successes here. I also have a thread in the email forum for just the email successes.

All of my successes have been updated in the TTMM, so if you have any questions about address used or what I sent, please check there!

Today brought:

Ben Bernanke - 8x10 Authentic (?) Auto. -- I'm not completely sure on authenticity, but it looks good (varied marker pressure, no "dots" from auto-pen, etc). Plus, inscription with my full name, "best wishes" & the date after his signature... so, I'm guessing it's authentic.

Rubin "Hurricane" Carter - Received (2) Authentic Auto'd photos. One a bad quality boxing photo w/a huge watermark on it and one of him in his later years (non-boxing)... but, I can't complain because I was told that he would sign stuff that I send him w/return postage, so these were two bonus autos because the postmark was 5/11/10 and I sent him the photos that I want him to sign on 5/10/10. So, I'm still waiting to receive the photos that I sent him.

Pawn Stars cast (series on History) - 8x10 Authentic Auto. by all 4 main cast

I got a success from Ben Bernanke some time ago and I believe he does send out authentics! Would you be willing to share the address for Hurricane?

I will add The Hurricane info to TTMM when I receive my items that I sent him. I don't want to jeopardize my chances of getting them back. I don't know if he gets a lot of fan mail (don't think so) and I don't want him to be annoyed or anything that I gave out the info.

I will definitely update when I get them back though. But, it didn't take me long to find the email addresses with a google search. Then, I got the mailing address from the email response.
