call them.....you may never get a reply if you email them.....or...you could ask somebody you know that lives in the states to call on your behalf

well i just got off the phone with UD customer service....i had a replacement request submitted feb. 6th.....im still waiting and they apologize and say they're super backed up
i would most def find a way to contact them and request a replacement asap.....

Well, I first got this:
Hang tight, Patrick just signed a bunch of items for us, let me see if that was included.
And 30 minutes later this:
It’s a card that was lost by one of the athletes so unfortunately we need to reprint it. There may be some delays in that process. They are trying to find a place for it now.
Bit confused as to what trying to find a place for it now means...Any idea guys?
