    i agree with that statement....customer service reps have been if nothing else a bit more helpful and friendly as of late

    In all likelihood it's Roy that's holding up the process. From my understanding he only signs in batches as UD can only schedule him for a couple sessions per year (somewhat similar to how it was with Saku when he was still a Canadiens) so they may not have given those ones over to him yet.

    It's not like Carey's that busy these days.

    I pulled a second one which I still own and haven't bothered to redeem it as I'm still waiting on the first one
