What do you think of In The Game
So I mainly collect basketball, but every now and then get the urge to pick up a Buffalo Sabres card or two. Regardless of the sport tho, I can always appreciate the design of great looking card.
Maybe these are not all that new, but I just started seeing them recently. What is anyones thoughts on the In The Game product? Thanks and happy collecting!!!

Love ITG product. The only complaint you will see from people is that they are unlicensed.
I'd trust Dr. Price over McWilliam any day of the week though.
Their memorabilia cards blow UD's out of the water.

The only thing UD has that ITG doesn't beside licensing, is the design, ITG needs better designs, but that is it.

How long has ITG been around?

That's not all. In addition.....UD customer service is toilet and ITG doesn't screw it's customers with an absurd redemption process.

Since the late 90s, I think. (since 2000, for sure).
They had a license, and actually produced the NHLPA's Be-A-Player brand for a while. They were not renewed after the lock out, and have been making "unlicensed" cards (re: no logos) ever since.
Personally, I really like a lot of their stuff. I'm more into picking up singles than busting boxes, but that's not a whole lot different from most of the Upper Deck stuff I buy.

Its all about tastes
I never bought their products, and don,t find them appealing at all, some of their patches are very nice but the rest of the cards are very dull, I never had a problem with upperdeck ,and I think they have the best looking cards in the industry(does not hurt when you have a exlusive contract with the league)
Yes ITG have great customer service from what I hear, a great owner (Dr. Price), and I hope they get a licence so we collectors could see their full potential, for now i will stay with the licence products Upperdeck and soon Panini.Last edited by guy3050; 05-14-2010 at 08:18 PM.

if you want rookies, then it has to be UD, everything else can be had ( nicer) at ITG.
