    David Pearson
    Bobby Allison
    Lee Petty
    Cale Yarborough
    Red Byron

Pearson/Allison/Yarborough because of mainly their achievements, Petty/Byron because of mainly their history with the sport.

Maybe not the best list, but it's hard to cut it down to just five. There are ALOT of deserving people to choose from. I do think that it should be limited to no more the two deceased people each year. Let the older guys get the honor before they are gone. This year should have been limited to only 1 France. Pearson should have gotten it instead of Bill Jr, & Bill Jr could have been inducted next year.

I'd imagine the NASCAR HOF is like all other HOF's, where you have to be retired for a certain amount of time before you can be eligible for induction.
