What are the RAREST Insert Card Sets in Basketball??
Hey everyone, I am looking into buying some high-end insert cards for my pc. I have even seen some sell o 5 grand.
What sets are the most sough after of them all. Maybe you could add the odds and if you have any in your pc, show them off!!

97 98 and 98 99 fleer ultra platinums were super rare only /100 the 97 98 year and of those the last 10 serial numbers 91-100 were given out as redemptions for complete set of the platinums they inserted 10 redemptions for the complete set..the 98 99s are sp/99..lol i have 100/100 and 99/99 last one made from each year of jordan

with the advent of ebay there arent so many rare inserts anymore they can all be had fairly easily if your wallet is deep enough...the hard ones to find will be the chris mills and all the other scrub stars people basically used as fire starters when they first came out lol

Ditto..I'd have to say 'Precious Metal Gems' from 97-98, Cut Above from 96-97....(They look like a SAW BLADE) The PMG's..are HIGHLY condition sensative. If JORDAN is in the insert set..prior to 98-98 and before...well..open you wallet HUGE!!! Take 98-99 Metal Universe 'Linchpins' Michael Jordan!! Book on it is only $80....but, the average RAW sale is about $180 (Thanks Matt
) to about $260.

i was out bid at 245 for a linchpins then like 2 hours later another showed up with a bin of 190 so yeah lol my jordan linchpins cost me 190 and i was geeked at that price lol
