Some people at the vintage forum I frequent keep track of this guy and his attempts at scamming the unsuspecting buyer with bogus vintage items. And then they send out a warning post what to avoid. They even keep track of the items to see if it has popped up under another userID.

SGC is what most vintage collectors use to grade/authenticate vintage items. A mistake in authenticity? Not with a card that holds that much weight both inside AND outside of the collecting community. And maybe he's right. Maybe he's saving them the hassle - no reputable grading card company in their right mind would put their reputation on the line by slabbing a piece of crap like that as authentic.

jagrman has now been NARU'd on eBay. I guess you just can't get away with selling ungraded vintage counterfeit cards forever. Glad to see another one bite the dust. Unfortunately, he'll probably be back with a new id selling fake cards.
