Just what I'm looking for, sounds good to me.
Suggestions for the group break? Maybe Certified if it's out?

We could break a case of Panini Certified along with boxes of Panini Certified! That would be fun!

I would probably buy a pack or 2 of certified if it's not to pricey lol.
So how is this individual break gonna work? I was thinkin of it as maybe buying a box or a few packs and then breaking them and sharing them as a group. Maybe in the live chat? If everyone can get onto the chat then it would be great :)

Okay. So looks like this so far:
Opening Day:
Individual pack/box breaks leading up to night games, live breaks in chat room
Group case break of Panini Certified during/after night games
Sound like a plan???
I'll do some research and see how much it would be to do a case break.

Okay:
5 cards per pack
10 packs per box
8 boxes per case
$100 per box, so roughly $800. It would then be up to the staff to determine how to run it I guess.

Remember this is only a discussion at this point.
You could have a couple groups, each splitting a case, opening live in the chat room at the start of the games ...like suggested by BillInDallas. The size of the groups would depend on the case configuration so it works out to at least a box ea. Then during the game they can trade live in the chat room ..all trades can go thru the Trade manager. A staff member would have to handle the purchase and distribution of the boxes in this senario. Of course this is going to add to the cost. We will have to look into the cost ...perhaps SCF can get a discount from one of the sponsors if we are purchasing a couple cases...

The Premiere games start at 12 noon EST on Thursday, Oct. 7. Just so everyone one has the date that is being talked about.

If there's any chance of putting together 3 breaks, perhaps there could be a lower-end, mid-tier, and high-end break for each of the 3 games. Something to appeal to everyone, and from what I've seen since coming here, breaks fill pretty well here. Once the season rolls around, filling 3 shouldn't be a problem.

That's a great idea. So if Pro Set is out by then that could be low end. Certified would be high end. What would be mid end?

Just a thought here...
Low End - US Series 1
Mid Tier - Certified
High End - The Cup (granted an 09/10 product, but people will still be ripping through them come October, and I think we'd be able to put together a break of some sort for this)
If Pro Set becomes available, then I'm psyched because I'm 16 again. Those were the days of referee cards and the Stanley Cup hologram.
