Looks like Gagne for Matt Walker and a 4th Round Pick. Not sure what to think, but Philly needed to cleat space. Maybe Philly has something planned coming up. Either way, they just made room for $5m in cap space.

This gives TB 9 forwards under contract with close to $15 still to spend.

Not really, because surely that was the reason why we had to move Gagne in the first place?
