Frolov formerly of the LA Kings signs with the Rangers,great signing for the Rangers.

Sure, if they're getting the Frolov of two years ago it's a great deal.
If they end up with last season's Frolov, it's just more money down the tubes.

while their at it, why dont they sign some other european, anti-backcheck, take a shift off, one way player. i think afinogenov needs work. good luck. glad my team didnt sign him

Lawl. Far from a great signing. Froloaf got his nickname for a reason. He loafs around all the time, is inconsistent, and has ZERO passion. When he was benched last year, instead of being upset or being motivated, he just shrugged it off and continued not trying. Have fun in NY Fro.

one year deal @ $3M per tsn. it's a good signing for the money for the Rangers. they'll put him on the top line with Gaborik and he'll put up good numbers.
Frolov is using NY to leverage into a bigger deal next year. he knows he'll get top line time with Gaborik and PP time as well which he wasn't getting in LA. he'll try and score 30 and then cash in next summer.
would have liked to see Frolov stay but DL made a move already that replaces Frolov in signing Ponikarovski.
