Might be master setting this, depending on the checklist, looks awesome. It is just like victory except you can get an auto!

Personally I LOVE the look of this. 90-91 Score was the first box of cards and the first set I ever had as a kid and bringing back the same look with modern spins really appeals to me. The ONLY way I won't buy this is if it turns out like OPC where Tim Kennedy doesn't even get a base card. If he has a card in this, I'm on it like a fat kid on cake lol

    HEY!!!
I almost choked on my cake!!

I think Brandon and I will try to tackle one of these sets. It might not be as daunting as OPC without so many SP's and I too like the roots feel it has for me. I spent a lot of $$ back then, and I still have some of the old cards to show for it he he...

I like the retro design as well. However, you couple this with OPC - if it gets released - then the hobby is going back to the stone age of overproduced cards again. Granted, I do like the 1 auto per case hit idea, but not the buyback. Please, not again! Is the auto checklist out yet?

Eric Lindrous Future Superstar buy back auto...
An Official Martin Brodeur Rookie buy back auto... (unless you count the one from the graded box at walmart)...

I spent enough money back in the days on Score so why stop now...

I like these a lot. I like products from 90's much more than from 2000's. For example right now I'm this close at ordering a box of 92-93 Score.

I don't think that it is a set I would be interested in busting just because of the lack of great 'hits' but I just love the look of the cards and this was the era that I started to collect in.

I must say that I am/was a fan of the 90-91 score design, so these cards do appeal to me from an astetic point of view. I am not much of a set builder though, so I am not sure how much I will break, if any at all. I may just buy the singles that I want instead of putting my money into boxes.

I'm a little concerned about the over-production issue that we ran into back in the 90s.

However, I am looking forward to some of the buybacks. Hopefully I can pick up some of those. :)
