What should I do? Need Advice
Okay, so here's the situation. First let me say I like to give everyone on here the benefit of the doubt. So, I bought a card from someone on here a few weeks back. I think it was on the 13th that I sent the money. On the 21st I recieve an email from the person saying that they had got the money two days before (the 19th).... I may be off on my dates, but you'll get the gist. In the email the person told me that they were going to send the card the following morning. So, I told him that was fine, and that I didn't mind. So I wait until the 28th. A week later, and still hadn't recieved the card. So I emailed the person on the 28th. Still hadn't recieved the card. In the email I asked for the status on the card. I didn't get a response. The next day I sent another email to ask about the status, but no response, and I've been nice about it the whole time. So yesterday I sent a message and said that had I not recieved any response from him before the end of the day, I was going to file a complaint or whatever. Now I know some of you are probably wondering if the guy has been on here. I have looked every day since the first email that he sent me about just getting the money. The guy is on here more than once a day. Sometimes even three to four times. So I'm getting the feeling that he's ignoring me after already getting my money.
So my question is..... has enough time passed that I should file a complaint? I want to be nice and civil about this b/c I don't want people to think I'm a jerk, but also don't want people to think that they can walk on or over me in a trade.
Any advice would be greatly apreciated. Thanks folks

There is nothing wrong with putting a trade in dispute if it has stalled for whatever reason. It isn't like your telling on them and it isn't a permanent mark on the other trader as long as it gets resolved. Sometimes you need the neutral 3rd party and everything works out you leave each other feedback and everyone is happy for the most part.

doesn't sound too soon to me especially if the guy is logging on every day. If he can't at least communicate about a legitimate hold up while he's on SCF then he probably shouldn't be selling cards.

I`m in the middle of this exact situation myself. Sale posted and my end sent 6-12. Absolutely no contact whatsoever to several pm`s I sent. Finally put it into dispute. I finally heard from him then. So sale posted 6-12 he finally sent 7-25 and I received my end 7-29. Not naming and names but this is a person I`ve been dealing with for 8 or 9 years on 3 different sites. Hopefully you end will finally show up. I feel for ya!

Guys, as you continue to read this, I encourage some of you to take advantage of the neutral feedback for traders. I grew tired of not getting stuff on time, and have made up my mind to leave neutrals if they were not shipped at the same time as mine and I didn't get any message stating otherwise. I think if as a site we started doing so and some of these "slow shippers" wanted to keep positive feedback, they may start sending a little more quickly.
