thanks guys for all the help and advice. i'm going to give the order a few more days to get here since he DID finally contact me. I'm kind of hung on the neutral feedback. I wish there were like subdivisions of the feedback system where you could say where you had trouble with your order.
Oh well.... to the guys who do right, thanks.... If it weren't for the 99% that do right, this site wouldn't be worth it sometimes. I love SCF.... just don't want bad transactions to ruin it for me or anyone else b/c this is a GREAT thing.

If you do end up having to take it to dispute, I can tell you from personal experience that the dispute team here is very good at being nuetral and getting issues resolved. They do a great job. I know when I filed a dispute a while back they got the issue resolved within a few days and they are really good at communicating with both parties and getting things resolved.

It has been more than 2 weeks. Put it in dispute.
If the other person was communicating then I see it differently but it sounds to me like you are getting the run-around. For the record, I worked disputes for 1.5 years and I understand that there are issues that come up (I have had issues myself but I always communicate with the other person). However, it is my experience that when the other person is ignoring your PMs then they have something to hide.
Send him/her a PM requesting proof of shipping. If he/she can't provide it then file a dispute. Do not feel bad because you are filing a dispute. He/she is the one who has your money and hasn't sent your cards, it is his/her fault that you even have to consider filing a dispute.

Must send first. It will say this under the traders name if he is MSF or not.

ooh... no he didn't have one. he's got about 250 some odd feedback. I think he's only got one in all of those that is in dispute, but that one is here in the past month. almost the same time as mine.

If the seller had 250 feedback - I would consider him a reliable trader. As other people have mentioned - file a dispute.
