    Not necessarily happy about this..

We get good for one year, but give up some of our future.

I'll be looking forward to him centering the 3rd line, probably has a good year or two left in the tank. Welcome to Detroit Mo!

just wondering, who you think the Wings are going to have to give up? Ritola? Milelr? i could care less about either of them. Don't get me wrong though, I am not that thrilled with the Modano signing. I would have prefered someone who plays more physical and can fight

As long as, and i'm sure they'll have enough $$$ left, they sign Helm (love this guy!) and Abdelkader i'll be happy. I think Ritola will be the one they'll have to give up but who knows.

someone would probably claim him. I am pretty sure he is not waiver exempt anymore. Helm and Abdelkader will be re-signed.

Helm and Abdelkader and Ritola are staying. Already been discussed 2847298392 times by Babcock haha. I don't know why we resigned Bretuzzi. But we are probably the best in the West now, depending on goaltending.

i wouldn't be so sure on Ritola. I can see him getting claimed by another team ala Kyle Quincey. I just wish the Wings didn't have to deal with Draper for this season. He is such a burden on their roster and their salary cap.
