no runaround really. they're just slow and when i call them they are patient with me (I was patient with them understanding I am not the only one asking for help). J
Just to clarify, the first scenerio was I actually received the redemption card but the UD person putting it into the snap case damaged the surface of the card and that's when UD said I could receive 'complimentary product' to make up the 'lost value of the card due to the damage'. This is where they gave me a case number.
The 2nd scenerio was the myers just not arriving, only the shredded envelope in the clear canada post plastic bag saying 'sorry'. So I was surprised UD said they would try to replace it and this is where it shows up on my redemption list indicating replacement requested.
Anyways, thanks again. I'll keep expectations low, especially if they just send packs for the 'lost value' or they send something other than the myers.
btw whoever asked, I am not from Quebec (what's that gotta do with it anyways?).

Unfortunately the postal service in la belle province has gotten a very bad reputation for items of value getting stolen.

I got a Cam Barker SPGU exclusive signatures #/5 with the wrong auto on it. i think it's cam wards. Should be a nice hit, and they basically said they didn't care and nothing they could do. I'd like to get in touch with his agent or someone and peel the sticker and have it hard signed. They just said too bad several years ago. I may try again. I have been happy with replacements so far, they always add in some dollar jersey card with it.
