I'm for the foreseeable future. I really enjoy this group even if I get a lot of cards that I already have. I really think that we should do some recruiting so we can get some traders to pick up some of the empty teams.

First things first. Thanks k9rocco for taking on this group and leading us for as long as you did. It really is a thankless job, and I find it important to thank those that do things such as this.

I will help with this for sure, and I think that hobbyfan and ChristiansCards will be supporting the group.

So, I will continue on with posting up the monthly matchups. When they are posted, we really need to post our trades. As this will be the mechanism for any disputes on the site. I will not, and honestly can not handle any disputes with trades. I am here to organize the matchups and keep a running tab of who is in and who is out. So, I can do that.

What I ask of all of you is to post here and let us know if you are no longer interested in participating in the group. If it falls to a level that it is just not worth it, I will discontinue the postings, and pretty much let it die out unless someone else wants to keep it going.

In saying that, we have lost the following people so far...

98padres - Padres
fyretiger - Giants
mnvikingstwins - Twins

I think fyretiger will rejoin at some point, so, hopefully that will work out.

Here are the matchups I am proposing...

First off the Groups (the same as before) :
1 - Ryanhughes12 (Orioles), JustinHixson (Reds)
2 - Dawson16 (Royals), hobbyfan (Mets), hippieman556 (Phillies)
3 - desertdogg (Dodgers), kardlad (White Sox)
4 - crosby87 (Pirates), marcjack (Rangers), etmill01 (Yankees)
5 - tribe2907 (Indians), christiancards (Braves)
6 - schwood (Red Sox), mr715 (Tigers)

Second off, the monthly matchups :
October : trade within your group (so, Orioles and Reds would trade and so on)
November : 4-6 1-5 2-3
December : 3-5 1-6 2-4
January : 3-4 1-2 5-6
February : 4-5 1-3 2-6
March : 3-6 1-4 2-5

I looked at the last couple of months, and the first two months of trades, there were no teams that traded with each other. Overlap starts in December, but that gives each of us 2 1/2 months to restock for those teams. And knowing the rotation shoudl help people restock in between. So, with this rotation, it will be 6 monhts in between trades with a given team.

Anyway, one thing I think we should do is if you post a trade for your month, and the other trader does not confirm within lets say 10 days, cancel the trade, and post here that this happened, and I will put them on 'the waiver wire'.

What I would like to do is use this thread for all group communications. So, if that happens, just post it here, and I will update the original post.

Does all of this make sense to everyone? And is this amicable to everyone and okay with the matchups going forward?

hey guys sorry, back in the loop and getting caught up with pms. I'm out for trading for at least a little while. Hopefully I can get back into the trading portion in a month or so, had quite a few distractions and time away the past 30 days or so.

I'm liking the group input now and glad to see it will keep going.
