Playoff Inc. redemption advice needed. ---- UPDATE!
Back in September I sent Playoff inc. a redemption for a Sammy Baugh pig pens auto card. It's been 6 months now and the cards still aren't available. I'm being told Sammys health isn't so good and he hasn't been able to sign. So my question is this: Should I ask for a replacement. The Sammy Baugh auto would have no significance to me. I'm wondering if the card I get would be an equal replacement. Has anybody ever asked Playoff inc. for a replacement? If so how did it turn out. Let me know.

Playoff has the best customer service in the business. They'll get back to you withing 3-4 days and they will ask you who you collect, or what teams you like. They will then get back to you with a list of cards to choose from. At least this is what has happened to me. I cant say enough good things about playoff.

Wow that's good news. Maybe I'll call them Monday. I've waited this long because Sammy is a legend. But I think it might be time to move on.

I have to agree with hayb, they gave me like 5-6 QUALITY choices.
If I can locate the young lady who's helped(on more than 1 occasion) me I'll post it.

I have heard by far the best about donruss/playoff customer service.. If you keep your requests within reason Im sure you will be very surprised :)

I have always been impressed with Donruss/Playoff/Leaf as well. I just got a card that was BV of $80 for a redemption card that was BV $50. And it was a player that I like better to boot.

hey i pulled a hogg heaven shaun alexander auto booked $30 and they sent me a peyton manning auto in return that booked $100 they have great CS

OK, I called customer service today. The Sammy Baugh has a value of $50.00. So she started giving me names of cards available in the that range. I ended up getting a 2001 Playoff Contenders Dan Morgan rookie auto! SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the advice guys. Their customer service is great.

Sounds like you got her..lol They are great, love that they actually give choices..
Congrats on getting what you deserve(something other companies fail to do at times,lol)
