They are pretty good, they used to have an awful lot of redemptions (and I've been screwed over by them on a couple of occassions) but I did get a box of wax once and some decent replacements for another card that I had redeemed so all in all, I was pleased. Glad to hear it turned out well and you got something you liked.

Thanks guys. I was surprised at all the options she was giving me. She started naming the unclaimed redemptions from 2001. There were a lot of good players in there. Jim Kelly, Daunte Culpepper, and Fran Tarkenton just to name a few. She never made it to 2002. As soon as she mentioned the Morgan auto I was all over it.

I got my Moragn auto today! I'm 1 for 1 when dealing with Playoff inc.'s customer service. SO far so good.
