Artifacts?

I have bought a little of Artifacts every year and 99% of the time its all base or worthless cards - This year was the only time I got something worth anything in Artifacts.....but it was a biggie

09-10 Artifacts Tundra Trios PATCHES - Gretzky (3 colors), Messier (2 color), Crosby (2 color) #5/10

but everything else I ever got in Artifacts was garbage....so over the last 4 years I am now about even....

Posting this up just as an opinion type of thread, i understand that every box is a gamble you could get lucky and pull something great, could just get a mediocre box, and you can get complete duds.
my question is, how has everyones experiance with this stuff been?
my LCS has a box of 08/09 in for 100 bucks, and im just a little hesitant to buy it cause i've not seen anything spectacular thats been pulled. Tho, i have seen the dual tags that is way cool..... your thoughts?

Got my first nice hits from Artifacts 2006-07. After that I open every year some boxes. It's my favourite product, there's always something.

got one for christmas last year 0809 artifacts it was loaded with a gretz mess dual numbered to gretzkys jersey stamkos redemption 4 rcs one numered to 100 and an ovie jersey and a triple flames trio pc hit that included macinnis so yeah and my gf said she only paid 70 cnd for the box maybe send in a attractive lady in to barter for you the sv was over 100 for me on that one but other than that its been nothing great

I have done several years of Artifacts and usuallyhave nothing to complain about. You need to understand that its like any other product where its hit or miss but the hits can be very nice from this as in last years product in my first 3 boxes i pulled a triple patch of atlanta and they were each 3 cols.
