Buyers can't receive a negative, don't worry about it.

Yeah buyers can't receive a negative but they can receive a non paying bidder strike.[/QUOTE]

You are correct on the Non Paying Bidder, but ebay cancelled it anyways so nothing can happen now. Shill bidding will never stop, its too hard for ebay to catch it with millions of items on their sites.

I highly doubt the seller shills is stuff, he`s an High end guy from Blowouts, i ran into that bidder on another big timer from blowouts on a nice Niemi Cup, i think that ™™™™™™ as something against them.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160502639983&ssPageNam e=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Didnt matter to me i was willing to go to 100 on the Niemi.

    Edit

    Found that hazardous bidder,

    http://myworld.ebay.com/819*jason2010

The way i see it, that guy want to get is card cheap, he bids and retracts bids to create a false impression with is retraction records, then put small incriment bids to scare off the informed bidders.

I have also come across shill bidding on ebay. http://forums.ebay.com/db1/topic/Auc...ding/510265713
I watched a couple game worn jerseys. Buyers with "0" feedback were bidding up to an extremely high amount for them. Then after they were apparently "sold" they somehow became available for sale again. Re-selling again with the same process. After that they became available for sale on an online classified ads site. I reported it to ebay with a response of "no evidence" to prove wrong doing. What a world we live in guys.... speaking of dishonesty, the first trade I made on here lost me(send first) $50 due to bad buyer...I'm afraid to do stuff online nowadays.

Yeah, I meant I was worried about a NPB opposed to a neg FB. It was more the fact 3 or 4 things came up. I know peopke bid and retract to see your high amount, but since the seller allowed him to and then he denied he did, made me figure it was no good. People have done this to inflate card values when they own a copy. I wouldn't consider this a high end rare card either.
