I am not "hating" on the Celtics just by predicting them to lose - my prediction is merely an impersonal selection based on comparative criteria; don't infer negative emotion where there is none. My mother wouldn't be able to stand it if I truthfully hated them - after all, she met Bill Russell and shook his hand; also, while pregnant with me, she watched them in the 1980s playoffs. Some of my final fetal experiences were hearing basketball sounds on television. : )
