I've bought multiple cards from this seller and never thought his S&H prices were out of line, as others have said, they're actually quite reasonable.

Shipping charges were outlined before purchase. Taxes were also mentioned in the shipping and payments tab. What are you complaining about? His prices or the fact that you agreed to them? Prior to accepting the conditions would be the sensible time to complain, not after you've accepted the terms and conditions he clearly outlined in the auctions. Suck it up and don't lose sleep over a buck or two.

I think time has to be considered, as well. Charging $2.50 for S/H, including the five minutes or so it might take to prepare everything, isn't bad at all.

You said in one of your replies that you charge $2.50 for three cards, in the brackets, second paragraph. So why is it an issue that the other seller charges $2.50 for 3 cards that you bought? And the taxes are not going to the seller, they go to the government.

what is the problem here?
Shipping AND HANDLING
It's a pain sometimes to buy the materials, prepare them, ship them etc...
no one charges just for the shipping postage
If I send you a PWE with a card that is protected
5 cents for the pwe
1 cent for the penny sleeve
10 cents for the toploader
.44 for shipping
so it's well over .50 on just materials, not counting the time he takes to send
that is why it's called shipping and handling
I wouldn't worry about a 1.00 or so
he's sending it to you, protected and in cased in something, so yeah a little here is the norm.
I do 2.00 shipping on a single card, up to 2 cards, then .50 after that each card.
it's not a big deal

I charge $3 to the USA and $4 to Canada.. No, it doesnt cost me that much to ship but I take into account the cost of bubble mailers, top loaders, penny sleeves, delivery confirmation, gas to the post office, ebay fees, and paypal fees. If anything I make an extra .50 cents off shipping

As long as his shipping prices are listed, you have no reason to complain. Remember, postage is just one component of shipping.
Are we seriously complaining over a few dollars?Last edited by charvey9; 11-16-2010 at 12:33 AM.

First off, I didn't leave feedback yet, I'll leave positive all 5 stars etc.
2nd, to the person who said it cost $.75 for a bubble mailer, sorry you are getting ripped off.
3rd my problem is people who make THAT much off shipping. I charge $2. Mostly to cover fees and supplies. $1.22 plus $.50 is $1.72 so I get an extra $.28. If no one has a problem with this, I might as well send as a photo. I know I paid that much, and I wanted too, got all 3 PC base cards for $6.21. Cheapest deal I could find.
Too everyone:
People have a problem if an item is shipped in a PWE ($.41) for $2.50, but not this? Yea it is safer, but people gripe about shipping charges than. But for this situation it isn't a big deal.. it is the same situation!

I apologize for you thinking that I am being too personal with you.....but that is my opinion of you. There is another opinion for you. And a bubble mailer does not cost $0.10 for everyone. Before I started buying them off ebay, I was paying $0.44, plus tax PER MAILER. You know, the ones that are $4.44 at Wal-mart? Those. And maybe he is doing the same, you do not know. You just assume that he is and have no grounds to serve as a basis. This is my last post on this thread because I think that I have made my point clear and my stance on the situation. I am sorry that people are not giving you the answer that you were looking for. Good day.
