Well, they could just scrap Ice right? So doesnt this make the Ice cards in BD a BONUS? Everyone know that BD is by now, its the same every year! Same cards, same price. I could see if the tacked on a extra 20 bones for a box due to the ice, but the price is stable. So why complain? How can bonus cards for free ever be a downfall? would you rather have a Fowler Ice RC /499 or none at all? I think UD did right by adding these know how heavily collected the Ice premiers are.

Honestly, at this point, I wouldn't mind seeing UD scrap everything outside of UD 1 and 2, SPA, OPC and The Cup and start over.

BD has been a family favorite ever since i got the wife and son into busting wax with me. Every year we get a case and keep the cards we collect and sell off the cards we dont and there is always a great return on the product and to add in ice rookies this year for the same $ just gives us more things to chase. You will get all your basic case hits with hopes of some good ruby's or golds & autos and now you have a chance to hit a #/99 rookie it seems like a win win.

Upper Deck is putting Ice Rookies into multiple products this year. Not everyone is in Black Diamond.

had a quick look over the product, seems like it will be decent. Just Ovechkin base, Ovechkin quad jersey, Ovechkin hardware heroes /100 (love these cards) and an Ovechkin regular ice card. Shouldn't be too bad.

The only Blues player with an Auto or Game-used is Gilmour. No Halak and Backes only has a Base and parallels. Oh well, I'm not big fan of BD anyway.
