i looked at the guys feedback and been seeing all his fake patches being sold . i'm wondering why doesnt this [guy] have any negatives from ripping people off .geez i got neutrals because the post office takes its time sometimes and this [guy] doesnt even have 1 for making fake patches lol im confused

Something has to be done. I think you should contact EBay with your proof and hopefully you still have time to leave some harsh negative feedback for the seller.
I also think you should contact Upper Deck. They are going to have to do something about this going forward if they want to protect the integrity of their brand.

I definitely think companies should do something about this forgery, but they obviously don't care enough. I do know that Dr. Price cares about this stuff though, which is another plus for ITG.
