What gets me is just how BLATANT it is - anyone can look up what he's bought and what he's done to it.

This was done after the fact, I don't think ITG has superpower control on what happens to his cards after they are packed out and gone.

We should appreciate how STUPID he is in doing that.

What we (the collectors) need to do in general is not only contact ebay, but as someone else mentioned we need to contact the manufacturer (Upper Deck) as well and let them know about this person making counterfit cards. UD will have more pull and resources to help bring this person (and any other fakers) to some kind of justice.
But if we just report it to ONLY ebay we will keep wondering why these people still remain, because ebay just seems like they dont care.
I personally would call UD and speak to a LIVE person in their fraud department, and let them get the ball rolling on this guy. If he is going to make it that OBVIOUS then he deserves what he gets.
sorry for the long read.

I sent UD an email yesterday with all the facts and a link to this thread and the two EBay auctions. I was just frustrated and needed to feel like I did something. I think the OP should do something also.
I'll let you know if I get a reply from UD.

The same seller bought these plain patch cards.
ebay item 360315826398 Ville Leino #4/10 Cup Foundations
ebay item 140478536830 Petr Kalus Cup Rookie #152/249
How long til he fakes them and we see them back up on ebay? I bet also that he knows about this and other threads about him and is being more careful. Watch for these cards under different sellers! The patches are all solid white and sold very low!

Took less than 2 weeks for the card in the original post. Keep your eyes out!

Don't completely destroy it. Damage it in a way that it could never be exchanged again. Drill a hole or peel half the back off. I have two plain white patches I don't event want to sell on ebay. Its bad enough to get a tough break on a box and getting $0.33 back per dolar you spent, but now the market for the plain patches is going to end up ruining the hobby.
