don't forget to add him to your bidder/buyer restriction list (found in ebay's site map) so he can't bid or buy any more of your items. :) btw, glad to hear you got your money back!!

It's good that justice is served. But it's ridiculous that ebay couldn't figure it out in the first place.

In this case, I think the buyer has more problem than the ebay. It looks like he has no plan to work with you to resolve the problem or in your mistake.
I guess I have to block this guy when I sell my Grant Hill stuff :P

People are trying to scam as a buyer as well..? Jeez. I always thought sellers usually had the upper hand. Glad to know you got it worked out, and ebay's assistance does really protect sellers.

Ouch, that sucks. Sorry to hear about this.
Glad ebay got in there, and resolved your sitution :)
If they didn't, then the guy wouldve made money from lying, and cheating. That wouldve really burned.Last edited by MasonRaymond0320; 01-07-2011 at 09:29 PM.

Just happened to me the guy said my cards weren't what he thought then demanded a refund plus $6 for shipping back, I refunded but didn't give him the extra 6 so i got negative feedback and ebay said they wont change it

You should let him open a claim (although it is not a good thing for a seller). This way, the buyer must ship back to you at his cost. Once you get the card, you can do full refund from ebay. And I don't think the buyer can leave you negative feedback at this point on.
