They are beyond pathetic right now. Wang needs to sell or spend some money to get Tavares help. Last I checked they are 16 million under the cap. Snow firing Gordon was a brilliant move, that really changed things
I'm almost at the point of not going to another game this yr, not wasting my time watching them on tv and at this time really not in the mood to collect anymore cards of the team minus my Okposo/Tavares PCs. I'm gonna stop venting now because I'm about to

Only advice I can give to Islander fans is.....Have Faith and Stay True to your team....
I have stuck with the Kings for 25 years - Now try THAT!

I think Rob Schremp is starting to come around. In 14 games played he has 9 pts. 5 goals, 4 assist. When on the ice he is buzzing around the net and is always looking to pass and set up his teamates. He is playing for a contract for next year and years to come. Who knows if he will be an Islander next year. In my opion he is showing that he deserves to play with the Islanders and in the NHL. Do you think the Islanders will make any trades this year?

How's Blake Comeau doing this year? Numbers-wise he looks decent (except the +/-) but that of course doesn't tell the whole story.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Blake Comeau 28 games: 15 total pts. 5 goals, 10 assist. -10 (+/- rating) Not to bad. He's tied with 2 other players for 2nd most pts on team, he has one more pt. than Tavaras. Tavaras 25 games: 14 pts: 8 goals, 6 assist -19 (+/- rating). Moulson is leading the team. 28 games: 16 pts. 10 goals, 6 assist -13 (+/- rating).

Always makes me smile to see one of the Rockets doing well, even if his team is floundering. Good blue-collar hard-working guy.

you mentioned Wang and Tavares in the same sentence. now the Isles are hooped. expect Tavares to be traded along with your next #1 pick for a more useless, "experienced" russian and possibly a 5th or 6th round draft pick.Last edited by RGM81; 12-15-2010 at 02:55 PM. Forget Wang spending more $$$. Not when the teams drawing less than 11,000 a game.
Question: Do the Islanders even have a television contract? Corperate sponsership? If not, there's only one option left.
Say hello to Kansas City, Las Vegas, Winnepeg, or QC for us.
