    ebay problem

    hi guys

i need some help. i currently listed 08-09 the cup limited logos auto patch /50 sidney crosby the item ended but the last minute buyer has 0 feedback & once he won he was unregistered which i put a claim after. now the bidder who next under him is demanding that he gets the second chance offer & treating to go to ebay about it. i told him i will relist the card once i get other stock & i will relist all of them together. what i would like to now is do i have to give him the second chance offer i would rather relist it. if i new that bidder would do something like that i would have blocked but i can't block everyone. any help would be great.

By ebay rules..If you allow 2nd Chance Offers the guy whom had the bid for $338.00 should at least be asked if he wants it at his last bid offer.

    Or......................................Sell it to mem.lol

I don't think you have to do a second chance offer, I would just relist it.

I don't believe that you have any obligation to go the Second Chance route - it's something done entirely at the seller's discretion.

There is absolutely no obligation to give a second chance offer. Let him whine to Ebay until he's blue in the face, they won't help him. And just for giggles, block that pompous a** from bidding on the re-list.

You don't have to offer it to a donkey if you don't want to. The other guy gets nothing. He has no claim to anything.
