I contacted them via their Facebook page. Strange that you're in the same boat, has Stempniak had any UD autos in recent years? If not it is an ominous sign.

The Ice Medallions are definitely tough to find - I got one for a decent price, only other one I've seen is a graded 9.5 that the guy wanted $100 for. I like that they made it a rarer card than the /100 from later years, but *phew* tough haul to find it.

Hopefully it works out for the best for you.

Same deal as Josh - Black Diamond Gemography in 06-07 and a Trilogy Scripts in 07-08 but nothing since. He was supposed to be in SPGU SIGnificance (I even have the red. card) but they ran out of the stickers for that one was never made. I just don't understand why they'd have autos in 06-07 AND 07-08 products but fail to make the /5 and 1/1 in an 05-06 product.

Probably fairly often with the sheer volume of redemption replacement threads we see. How often it happens on the big ticket cards is another question.

sorry to hear about the lack of a Hot Prospects shield. i know how you feel. Lundqvist has almost every card a rookie can have in 05-06 and wasn't even on the checklist for the Hot Prospects Shield. =(
