Has anyone actually bought an ungraded 1986 Fleer Jordan rookie off ebay, and does anyone have any tips on to tell if there fake or not?

Don't need a magnifying glass.
There are several key things to look for but not all require magnification.
1. Look at the logoman and (C) on the back of the card, they should be readable. If you need a magnifying glass to read it, that's not a good sign. (See scan)
2. the back color should be red an pink and not overly bright (like an OPC card). (See Scan)
3. The bulls eyes on the back should be "open"
4. The front of the card the banner part where it turns down under the fleer logo should be a dark orange, and a lot darker than the part where "Preimier" is written (See scan)
I haven't gotten my Jordan back from PSA yet but I have a scan of the front you can compare to. I never took a scan of the back, so I included a scan of the Spud Webb I had.
If you get a magnifying glass, take a look at the name, and the black lines around the border, they should be solid as though they were stamped, vs a bunch of small dots.

i'll check for the small dots of a printer rather than press or stamp. thats a good call. i dont see a link to any pictures here though. i dont think it worked??
(edit) nevermind on the picture
--i have also noticed that some cards have different shades of the turqouise although i dont think that means one is a fake or not. my k. willis is more turqouisey and not blue around the name on the front.
--let us know what yours comes back as, i am curious to know. thanks for the help.
