I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I ended up going and getting an 8x10 signed. It was a bit sloppy because he was just walking out / being escorted in the dark by security. He didn't sign many autographs actually. It was a little bizarre. Regardless I got it. Just next time I'll do it at a better time.

Those little drawings for signed autographs are so rigged haha. People fill out like 10 at a time for something.

It's fine, the thread was very quiet for the most part before, I lived up in Fargo last year and the IP opportunities were rare, I had one. Haha And this summer they picked up, but still not as many as I would like.

How was the crowd? Was it busy or quiet, again? I couldn't make it. Him and Allen are going to rotate weeks, so I'm not too disappointed.

Yeah, that's what Allen, did signing wise. If I want or need multiples, I also bring a non grapher with me, to help me out. Haha I'm surprised he didn't sign much, he is usually one of the best, like I said before, on a team I have had great success with.

Yeah, those drawings are BS, I didn't even sign up last time. I probably the next time(s) I go.

The crowd was VERY quiet. I go to Twins Baseball Unplugged and it is usually a party atmosphere, so this was unexpected. Once I have enough time I'm going to get Greenway and Allen to sign a jersey for me. I think you have to catch them at the right time.

In any event here is the autograph off my cell.

After the signing I was walking around for a bit and checked out Field of Dreams @ MOA on the first floor, and saw this 8x10 of Brett Favre. The price? $350.00 ! I couldn't believe it. On his website, this EXACT same autographed print is going for $44.44

Ridiculous. Though that store is awesome.

Nice. It looks great. The crowd was dead last week too. I think it will start picking up next week, but be smaller when Allen isn't there.

I have never been to Twins Unplugged, although I have wanted to, seems like too much of a hassle.

Have you ever been to the Wild Unplugged? I did one time and got Gaborik at a bdub's a couple towns away, when he was here. Waited outside, in January, for two hours, but it was worth it.

Never been to Wild unplugged, didn't really care to, I'm not a fan of the Wild. I'd rather wait in warm weather @ Twins unplugged than cold weather. The only Wild autographs I'd be interested in, at all, would be either Booguard or Setoguchi.

I went to the Wild training camp on Saturday, couldn't make it to the Sunday but pretty lame they signed no autographs whatsoever considering people waited hours in advance to go in to see two 20 minute halfs.

Wild unplugged is usually indoors, but you have to show up so early to get a ticket you either eat at the restaurant, sit in the car or sit outside. Haha

I was going to go Sunday, but didn't feel good Saturday night, so I took some nyquil and slept in Sunday morning..Sounds like I didn't miss much.

yeah you really didn't miss much- it was awesome to see Setoguchi play though, he's such an amazing player.

How do you find all your Viking/ Wild appearances? I have such a hard time navigating around that site.

do any of you guys know where the opposing hockey teams stay in St. Paul for a game? Is it the St. Paul Hotel or Crown Plaza? What about teams in town to play the Vikings?

I know for a fact NLL players stay at the Crown Plaza and you can catch them really easy walking back and forth. I plan to have them sign a stick.

It appears that "most teams" stay at the St.Paul hotel, but it all depends on the team like most sports.

As for the Vikings, I know they stay at the Hilton the night before the game, but I'm not sure for the opposing teams. I've heard the crowne plaza, but I would assume that also depends on the team.

I tried graphing the Texas Rangers, at their hotel this year, but was given false information and ended up never finding their hotel, even. So I don't graph hotels although I may try it again this football, hockey or bball (if they have one) season, if I get a chance.

I'm going back to Fargo in January so my IP opportunities will vanish again :(
