Truely sad when a fellow collector pulls the low-blow. I would recommend bringing a couple small mirrors to the next show so even when your back is turned you have the view and if set up properly it just looks like it's part of a display. Anyways good luck with getting those cards back.

Such a shame that people would stoop this low :(
If this was stolen by a collector for their PC then unfortunately you may never see it again - but still, monitor ebay -- if he stole it to sell it will turn up there, perhaps not now, but in a couple of weeks once the ™™™™™™™ thinks he is safe.
The other option would be second hand stores. Generally most second hand stores and pawn shops are licensed by Regional Police Departments. They are required to keep a log of all items they acquire with details including the name of the person from whom they received the item and a serial number of the item (if applicable). These logs are submitted to the Police department as a way to catch thieves. You can report the theft to the Police department ... if the theive goes that route he may be caught.

It was the Westmount Show, here in Edmonton. I do plan on going to Wayne's tomorrow after work. West's, and the mall shops are possibilities.
Pawn shops I would not worry about so much, as I have pro-actively asked around and from what I hear, all but one pawn-shop in the city refuses to buy sports cards due to the fluctuating nature of their values.

Ya I live in Edmonton
. there are 3 shops in the Mall.
Well that really narrows down your search knowing pawn shops don't take cards
