Good luck and I wish you well getting your card. Upperdeck is by far the worst customer service organization in the world!! I've been fighting with them for 2 years now. Yes 2 years trying to get a replacement for my 2008-09 UD Black Oscar Robertson/Abdul-Jabbar Gold auto #/5 that was never produced. They continue to give me the run around to this day.

This post actually inspired me to call them again lol. The guy told me what an awful experience I've had trying to get this card replaced and then told me the same thing they've told me twice before. "Well our replacement team is doing replacements this month for basketball so you should see something in Feb or maybe March" haha

Be ready for a long fight with upperdeck. Your going to see their replacement will be nothing close to what that kobe is worth. They screwed me with my 09-10 derrick rose exquisite noble name plate /20. It was damaged and I had to send it in. They asked me what players I was looking for and told them. They tried to send me a ray allen noble name plate. The rose sells for 250 all day long and the allen sells 110 or so. I told them this was not equal value and they told me they saw it being an equal value. I fought with them for 3 months and finally got them to send me a payton manning sp auto. Upperdeck has the worse customer service in the industry. They have almost no inventory for replacements and will try and send out just any old thing to customers. I hope you have better luck.

Sucks guys...I've dealt with two replacements and have been rewarded handsomely. I hope to have continued luck with them!
