Got a nice addition to my Southern Politicians collection today! The mayor of Tampa, Florida Mr. Bob Buckhorn! I e-mailed him and received an nice signed photo today! I believe this is a real signature but all comments on it are welcomed! Thanks Mayor Buckhorn!

Got a very nice success from the Mayor of my town (Pensacola, FL) Mr. Ashton Hayward! He is the new mayor elect of our town (elected earlier this year). I sent him a request on the city website and got an email back from his assistant saying it would be no problem. I received a signed "City Of Pensacola" card today! Awesome local addition to my Southern Politicians collection, thanks Mayor Hayward!

Got a cool purchased autograph yesterday, very happy with it! It is of Mr. Allie Wrubel, he's a composer and most known for co-writing the song "Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah" for the 1946 Disney film "Song Of The South". He won an Oscar for it for Best Original Song in 1947. It's a really cool autograph, really old too, was obtained circa 1949. Mr. Wrubel is actually no longer with us, he lived from 1905 to 1973. It's also signed by his wife.

Got a nice success for my Southern Politicians collection today from the mayor of a town I've been to many times. Mayor A.J. Holloway of Biloxi, Mississippi, aka The Las Vegas Of The South. It's a cool little town that has a ton of things to do including many hotels/casinos. I e-mailed Mr. Holloway last week and today I got a photo (Which he signed on the back) and also some cool promotional items which included a letter opener! (Gonna put that to use without a doubt

Got a nice success from composer Klaus Badelt today! Klaus has written music for many films but he's most known for doing the music for the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl". Klaus also recently did the music for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games Closing Ceremony. I e-mailed his assistant this summer and asked if Klaus had a fanmail address, he said yes, and said if I sent some photos to him he'd get Klaus to sign them for me! He signed two photos and also a piece of Pirates Of The Caribbean sheet music I had. Thanks Klaus!

Got two nice success for my Southern Politicians autograph collection today! First off the mayor of Orlando, Florida Mr. Buddy Dyer. I've been to Orlando many times and it is a really cool city, if you've never gone I highly recommend it! I e-mailed him and requested a photo. Unfortunately I think it's a printed signature and not authentic :( It's still cool to get something back though! Any comments on authenticity are welcomed.
Also got a really nice success from Alabama Governor Mr. Robert Bentley! I live about 30 minutes from Alabama and I love it, beautiful state. I e-mailed Mr. Bentley on Sunday and got an autograph today! He included a very nice note and a signed business card! It's the first signed business card I've ever received!

Today I received an awesome success from the mayor of Las Vegas (and wife of the former mayor) Mrs. Carolyn Goodman today. I sent Mrs. Goodman an e-mail a few weeks ago telling her about my political autograph collection and also my grandparents roadtrips they used to make to Vegas many years ago. I also mentioned how my family is hopefully planning on visiting Las Vegas in the near future. I received something in the mail from her today which included a very nice letter, a beautiful signed photo, and a cool poker chip! A big thank you goes out to Mrs. Goodman!

Got a nice TTM from my favorite football team's head coach today, Mr. Sean Payton. Sean has been with the Saints since 2006 and led us to win Super Bowl XLIV. I had no idea that he signed TTM but a friend of mine received him not too long ago so I sent off to give it a shot. Received all three photos I sent beautifully signed in silver Sharpie. Being a Saints fan I have to say that this is one of my best successes! Sean is a great guy, I hate that he got injured a few weeks ago, talk about unlucky!
