Yes! Thanks for mentioning that AJ. It's a good group on Facebook, you can find out what plays are out there and who signs and what not!
Alright guys, got a really nice success from NASCAR legend Cale Yarborough today! I had Cale sign a photo that I've been working on as a TTM project for a while. I found a picture of probably the greatest NASCAR moment ever, the 1979 Daytona 500 last lap fist fight and sent it to the drivers who were involved in the incident Donnie Allison who signed it a few months ago, Bobby Allison who signed it about signed it about five weeks ago, and finally Cale Yarborough. Really cool piece, I'm glad I finished it, gonna' try to find a nice frame to put it in. Cale signed it and also inscribed it for me per my request- "To Ryan, 1979 Daytona 500 Last Lap Fist Fight". This fight was the moment that put NASCAR on the map, it was the first race that was televised as a whole, it was live on CBS, I believe. Donnie and Cale were fighting to win the race and coming out of turn 2 Cale tried to make his move to take the lead, he lost control a bit, and next thing you know he and Donnie went in the wall. Then Richard Petty went on to win the race, he D.W., and A.J. Foyt put up quite a fight. Donnie's brother Bobby came over to give his brother a ride back to the garage then he and Cale started yelling, Cale threw his helmet, and the rest.....is television and NASCAR history. Thanks so much Cale!

Received a very nice success from the former Walt Disney Company CEO Michael Eisner today! Really cool success because I'm trying to start a "Disney Legends" autograph collection (Disney Legend is a title given to the best of the best in the WDC. It's like the Disney Hall Of Fame.). Now Mr. Eisner doesn't have the title of "Disney Legend" at the moment but I'm sure they'll induct him in the near future. I mean, the man saved the company back in the day! I sent him three photos and he signed them all! Even threw in some protective cardboard. Thanks so much Mr. Eisner!

Received a very nice success from NASCAR and Indy car legend "Super Tex" A.J. Foyt today! Only driver to win the Daytona 500 in NASCAR, the Indianapolis 500 (Which he went on to win four times), and the 24 Hour Race At Daytona. If you're a racing fan like me you know that Foyt is a legendary name in racing so this is a nice one to get back! His grandson used to race on the Indy circuit a few years ago, not sure if he still is! "Super Tex" signed the one photo I sent him (Picture of an old S.I. cover when he won at Daytona in '72). Been sending to and receiving some racing legends TTM recently, I hope to keep it going! Thanks so much Mr. Foyt!

Hey guys, before I start this post I just wanted to say that I'm currently collecting World Trade Center memorabilia (One of the reasons I wrote to Mr. Franklin) and about a year ago I made a video of what I had in my collection at the time. Please take a look if you get the chance. Thanks!
Really cool historical success in today from Mr. Thomas Franklin. Mr. Franklin is a photographer who took the iconic "Raising The Flag At Ground Zero" photo after the 9/11 attacks. The photo is just down right awesome (I'm sure you all have already seen it) it's like a modern day "Iwo Jima" flag raising. It was actually made into a stamp in 2002 entitled "Heroes", I have one encased in a little frame, it's really cool! Mr. Franklin's photo is one of those perfectly timed, once-in-a-lifetime photographs, and they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and without a doubt his one is worth over a million. It shows that even though that day was tragic and we took a hard hit, there was still hope. Mr. Franklin signed the one photo I sent him in black Sharpie. Thank you so much, Sir!

Hey guys!
Now I've mentioned this before but this year my city received the AA minor league team for the Reds, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos (Their first game is tomorrow). And tonight I went to an open to the public practice and got some autographs! The practice had been over for about 15 minutes but I (and a bunch of others) stuck around the stadium and I went by the dugout to watch the local news interview a player and when it ended he walked away and Jim Riggleman came out of the dugout and went over to the player that had been interview and started talking to him and I knew that was my chance. So I edged my way toward where he was standing and then they both started headed towards my direction and I shouted "Mr. Riggleman!" and he turned toward me and as soon as he did that the P.A. announcer came on and said "Ladies and Gentlemen this concludes today's Blue Wahoos practice" stuff like that and then he said "And also, Wahoos' catcher Mark Fleury and Wahoos' manager Jim Riggleman will be signing autographs right by the 1st base dugout". How lucky is that? I was the first person there! So they both came over to me and said they liked my shirt and hat (I was wearing a Dayton Dragons hat and shirt, they're the Reds A team) and I thanked them. Then I shook Mr. Riggleman's hand and told him I was a lifelong Cubs fan and what not and I wished him luck and he thanked me and signed my photos then I went to Mr. Fleury and he signed my Wahoos photo and Dragons pocket schedule, I shook his hand and thanked him and went on my way. Too cool! Both of them were super kind!

Received a very nice success from "Huey Lewis & The News" founder and lead singer, Huey Lewis! I am MEGA happy about this success. I'm a big 80's music fan and I really love Huey Lewis & The News. I feel they're a bit underrated but I still think they have put out some awesome stuff. What I like about them is they combine rock and roll and throw in some jazz with it (That's also why I'm a big fan of the band "Chicago"). "I Want A New Drug", "Hip To Be Square", "Stuck With You", they have a lot of good ones. Also I'm a big "Back To The Future" fan and Huey did the songs "Power Of Love" and "Back In Time" for the movie and made a cameo as the judge at the tryouts for the gig at the school dance ("Fellas', I'm afraid you're just too darn loud!"). I sent Huey four photos and he signed two but regardless I'm still happy! Thanks so much Huey!
"He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humor!"
Can anyone guess what movie that's from?

Aw man! I wish I could go to one of 'em, would have liked to meet up! (I'll be out of town on Wednesday and I'm busy Tuesday). Tips are the usual. Get there early and go by the dugout or bullpen areas, et cetera
Most of the guys have been good signers.
Also, I just started a new thread for my Wahoos' graphs if you'd like to see more....
