I agree with Bonds away. Don't send him any note saying FU. Very bad idea.

And to the guy buying loose packs...If the packs are out of the box like that, they are 99% stripped...for sure. He shouldn't have to tell you that. you're lucky to get your cash back. That seller did you a huge favor in my mind.

I think he did the favor because he was afraid my feedback would hurt his 200+ 100% feedback. Since he was selling Ultimate and all.

We have determined that you are due a refund on this PayPal transaction,
including shipping and handling, once the item, in its original condition,
    is returned to the seller.

I hope you did not open those packs.

i would take the guess of you will recieve nothing for this... the only way would be if you send the item back exactly as shipped, he has money in his account, and he follows exactly and does not argue with it... he can appeal the decision and that will draw it out 90 days i believe... by that time he will be long gone... not trying to rain on your day but paypal isnt the best at protecting its users

Do what you feel comfortable with man.

Unless they break out their fingerprint kits, there is no way they can determine a note you stuck in a certified envelope and typed in 80 Font that says "PWND" (or whatever) was made by you or not. You would be on crack to send this guy back the box he mailed you. Then you'd be out your box of cards + your money.

Paypal should give you your money back. I've seen someone with a negative balance in their Paypal account before. Of course, they freeze the account until it's paid up to $0 though.
