Yeah i'm starting to feel like the savings aren't worth the risk. It was about $240 less than the best price I could find so I was a bit too excited when I found it.

What rules? If it's against the site rules I will leave it to the mods to remove it. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I am pretty sure I will get a refund back to the card but i'll be losing the 6% which pisses me off

The case was opened on the 9th & 10th and PayPal said it would give the seller until the 20th to respond. No response and seeing the 10 other ebayers who posted negative for the same or similar auctions this week pretty much gives me on hope of actually getting the product.

I believe you can only get a refund if the monies are in his paypal accouint.

Won a case once only on 70 bucks and got a refund of 2.35 with a message that if he ever gets more paypal funds that I would get more then

Any experience in sueing someone from ebay?

I've heard if you fund it with your back account then you only get money back that is in the account. I always use credit card for this reason.
