Not trying to excuse the seller - but wanted to share a couple things that have happened to me before when I sold a few cards. 1 time I got a serious virus on my PC that kept me from accessing the internet (and thus mailing addresses). When I tried to ship from work, my supervisor told me I couldn't use company resources for personal business. Another time, I left my cards all packaged up and customs forms filled out and postage affixed with our receptionist to take/give to the USPS the following day as I was going out of town that evening. Came back a week later and she had quit while I was away. A week later we found a whole bunch of outgoing mail in a file cabinet!

So thing can & DO happen, but it sounds liek your guy has an excuse for every day in the week...what a jerk!

If the excuses go past two iterations then they are full of BS and wasting your time.

You did the right thing however if that Tootoo shows up (highly unlikely) do the right thing and notify the seller and pay him back minus the shipping with tracking.
