Anyone else having trouble with Panini Customer Service?
Hi,
I have been trying to get a hold of someone with Panini's customer service department for the past week. I received a redemption card directly from Panini and it was damaged. I filled out the online form through the website for a replacement, however I do not want to send the card in without first talking to someone to see if the card is in fact replaceable. The card in question is for my player PC and it is /10. I am getting quite frustrated as I have left messages with the customer service department at Panini and have not heard anything from them. They sent me a damaged redemption card which was bad enough; I would really like to get a hold of someone with Panini so I can discuss my options. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a hold of someone at Panini? Is anyone facing similar problems with Panini’s customer service?
Cheers
Connie

This could possibly be moved to the Panini Feedback forum. I was not aware of the existance of that forum prior to posting here.

I must say I am pretty upset with Panini's customer service. I have tried calling and have left numerous messages, tried to follow up online, all to which I have received no reply too. I have delt with UD and ITG as far as customer service goes and I have never had an issue, I could at least always get a reply from someone at the other companies. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with Panini ?

I have been going through the same thing for 4 months! Several messages left, I call at least twice a week with no response! I can tell you that I had a similar issue (not a redemption) and called to see if they could replace the same card. I was told that they typically keep on hand 10-20% extras of each card produced and they can stamp them there to the same number that's on the card you send in. I have had prob 10 factory damaged cards replaced and only 1 was a different card than what I initially sent in.

they've been ignoring me for over a month...no response to my emails, no response to my phone messages...so forget it, im just going to ignore their products when it comes time to buy!
ive definitely grown to despise panini because of this whole redemption garbage...at least with UD you get a reponse

I too have been in contact with Tracy. She contacted me after I posted on the Panini blog saying their customer service is pretty horrible. We emailed back and fourth a few times but now communication has stopped.

im a very considerate person...if it takes months to make the card, fine...i just HATEEEEEEEEEEEEE being ignored by customer service people...i spend my hard earned money on your product, and you cant even send me a 1 line email message to keep me in the loop? i wasnt a fan of panini products to begin with, and now i will DEFINITELY be staying away from them

If you want to throw darts at your Tracy hackler dart board, here is what she looks like:

Isn't she pretty?
All jokes aside, I agree with what people are saying about their website. It is awful, slow, confusing, etc. I have never called them, but judging by the reaction here, it doesn't sound good.
Hopefully everything works out for you!Last edited by oilfan10; 04-06-2011 at 04:54 PM. Reason: Image posting fail
