Yes Dibiase & Khali would be better. Wasnt it just a year or 2 ago that Dibiase was being groomed for a mega push getting the rub from Orton
& Khali used to push Taker around. If he was heel again he could be a monster but McMahon misuses the Superheavyweights & turns them from monsters to comedys characters.

I Didnt forget HHH. He can give himself the belt anytime he wants just by rewriting a script. That doesnt mean he deserves it. (Yes HHH not one of my favs. I still remember the days of Terra Rising being Das Wunderkind's Job Boy).

Now with Snooki in Wrestlemania whats next? The Situation as IC Champ?

As a 30+ year fan I cant picture Miz as a champ. Imagine him against the Champs of the past Flair, Sammartino, Thesz, The FUnks, Race, Savage, ETc ETc Etc. He would have no credibility or believability in a ring with any of them.

I know its all a work but you cant expect the fans to suspend all shreds of believability.

Look at A J Styles & Samoa Joe. Can anyone say Miz can even be mentioned in the same sentence as them?

They need to get rid of some of the belts to make the titles more meaningful. There only needs to be 1 WWE champ, not a Raw and a SD champ. They also need to unify the US and the IC titles. There should be 1 champ and they can crossover to the other brand.

I mean what Miz is doing now is a mirror image of Dibiase senior. Dibiase had Virgil, Miz has Alex Riley to help watch his back. Dibiase made the million dollar belt, Miz turned the WWE belt with the awful spin into his own version of the belt. And no one is saying that Miz is in the elite class of the WWE history. They are just saying it makes perfect sense for him to be at the top compared to the other wrestlers.

A) not over
B) not deserving
C) see A&B

The only guy that deserves the belt as much as Miz is CM Punk...you lost all your credibility when you listed Lawler and Dibiase...

Yea, but the days over "long" running champs have long since passed....the average viewers tend to not happily watch what they deem as the same program over and over.....and its almost like rapid title changes are needed this days.....look out how the heat for Miz has fizzled in the time he has had the belt.....its a lil sad to say but nobody as of late has the "Hogan" "Stone Cold" "Rock" power to hold viewers and event go ers in the palm of there hand.

While I wish he would dump Alex Riley (the guy adds nothing, indeed I feel he drags down Miz's credibility) it has been a good time for Miz and he has worked his tail off to earn the grudging respect of the "WWE Universe" these past few months. He's been doing the TV circuit, working hard, and cutting some pretty good promos along the way. While I fear (for him) that it's about to end on Sunday, hopefully he can remain in the upper echelon and not fizzle like Swagger did after he lost the belt last year.

One very good reason why he'll stay in the main event picture...him & Punk are the only main eventing heels on RAW. Besides he has the 'rematch clause'
