Panini Site issue anyone else?

I logged on and it lost my mailing address so i had to re-enter it, then i went to my open requests and now i have 0 open requests....... i used to have like 13, so i hope the site gets fixed or i just lost everything........

Panini's webpage is weird because it's hard to communicate with them on the website.

Did you check your Closed Requests? They've been getting a lot of redemptions out the door of late.

I had that happen to me awhile back with two of my redemptions. All the info was gone, and it wasn't anywhere to be found(open or closed requests) I ended up getting one in the mail, and I am still waiting on my Subban! So I am sure you will get yours as well!

Paninis' customer service is a joke. I have left numerous e-mails (well what-ever those status up-dates are) and the only one answered was back on January 5th. I refuse to buy any more of their stuff untill I can at least get an answer as to where cards are. Thanks to ITG and UD I can continue to spend my hard earned money somewhere besides Panini.

I did have to re enter my address and I am not sure but beleive I did enter a redemption and had two new one to enter. I enter the one I tought was already entered in the past and it took it along with the other two redemption. Seem like they might have lost some data because if they did ship my first redemption, they let me enter it again. If not then they still let me enter it again so they must have lost some data. Just a presomption but I never trought away my redemption cards to help keep track of them.

EDIT: Just login in and lost all three redemption I entered a few days ago, so I opened a request to ask what is going on with the data gone...

its fixed now it was just a glitch, but scared the crap outta me lol
