I just realized I did not have a thread to share my TTM successes. I have done TTM for about 6 years now and have had a good success ratio. I have not sent out many requests in the past because of the lack of stapes, envelopes, a car and money to get all of the stuff needed (which isn't much, but still...) but I am hoping to change that and start to send out more request frequently. Here is a short list of some past success that come to mind sitting here:

After a short drought, today brought Shaq, 1/1 on a card, c/o Home!!! Sent 4/25/11 recieved 5/2/11! I know pretty much everyone who has wanted him has gotten him already, but I'm really happy with this success!

I went c/o the Vikings when he was still with them in like '06 or '07. He is a great ttm signer, if I was you I'd try c/o his current team (baltimore still?) when the lockout ends.

A few weeks ago I sent to John Elway, c/o the Broncos, knowing it was a long shot, but I thought what the heck. Yesterday, I recieved a response. It was kind of neat. It wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but I thought it was still pretty cool.

I got my card back (unsigned) and he included a "Limited edition collector's card" That was kind of a collage that had pics of him at the hall of fame ceremony, in the throw back broncos uni, and the late 90's uni. It had a pre printed signature on the front and a statement about the card on the back.

It wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but I think it's still pretty cool and it was nice of him, to take the time to respond at all. :)

Today ended a long drought and brought, former Hawaii star quarterback, Colt Brennan, c/o home. It took 9 days.

Today brought, the 2000 heismen trophy winner, Chris Weinke. C/O the IMG Madden Football Academy. It took 13 days. I'm so happy about this success, as for I wasn't expecting to get it back and it's a rookie card!!
