i just got my email confirmation today..my crown royal magnus p. numbered to 99 is being shipped..and my back to the future ryan miller/ jim craig dual auto..but funny thing i am waiting on another that you have listed which is the back to the furture fluery/barrasso but i did/nt get a email on that one..maybe in a few more days..i am mad about one thing though!!! i just called last week to ask for a replacment on my certified ovechkin emerald auto numbered to 5..which i paid $370.00 for on ebay..only to see they are shipping out the limited but still no certified which came out well before limited did..and now with my luck i will get crap as a replacement and will have to deal with that...

Ovechkin recently returned some stickers with his hard-signed cards for Contenders, so that Emerald may be available now. Check with CS and they may be able to help you.

could you tell your "staff", marketing manager tracy hackler included, to return some of their customers emails? you've already lost one customer in myself, just based on 1 redemption, might as well try to appease some that have multiple outstanding redemptions...

This is why your brick and mortar threat is a big fat joke. Why in the blue hell should I not wait 90 days and wait for the product to reach dump price since the best cards in your products are redemptions.

I'm now over 6 months on a redemption. I got an Upper Deck redemption of the same player three weeks later and they filled it three months ago.

Panini not winning.

Oh and if you are wondering, as a former show dealer I'm really angry with both you and Upper Deck. How dare you try to run my colleagues out of business. I haven't spent a penny with either company since this latest attack and I will not be buying wax from anyone but a show dealer just to stick my thumb in you eye.

Redeemed a redemption over 6 months ago. Given Panini's track record in Europe, the delay wasn't a big surprise, but I was wondering why I redeemed an Upper Deck redemption for a hard signed autograph three weeks after the Panini redemption and I got it three months ago.

So I called QC, and no one picked up. Heck their phones didn't even seem to be working.

I came to find out that I was calling them on moving weekend. There is this thing called an answering service. They don't cost a lot and in fact my company uses it when I'm not available to take calls.

No matter, I called on Monday and asked the status of the redemption. I was told that I could wait or someone would contact me in 1-2 business days to discuss a swap. I asked for the swap. To date no one has called me even though they have my phone number and I have now sent three emails on it.

That is why it ticks me off to no end to see them posting on this message board.

gotcha...i got the email showing your reply but it wasnt in the thread, thats why i asked lol

im in the same boat as you...many emails to CS, emails to their marketing manager Tracy Hackler, phone calls have ALL gone unanswered...yet i see them posting on this board and tracy has time to twitter all day...

i was excited for panini to do hockey, but the only panini ill be spending my hard earned bucks on anymore is the delicious sandwich bun.

is it so difficult to address our concerns, whoever the panini rep that ignores us on SCF as well, is?
