    Sounds like I've encountered the rigid mail rule then. I'm afraid not to put the protective decoy in there if they bend mail. My question is why would the USPS be in the habit of bending people's mail, regardless of what is inside? You would think mail would be easier to handle/process if it were a little sturdy but I'm not a mail handler.


    because mailmen can be a-holes sometimes. dude just put your cards in penny sleeves. even without one, ive never had any cards come back damaged.

    You could try putting 2 index cards in the envelope, around the cards.
