2011 NBA Mock Draft

This years draft is terrible. Next years draft will be EPIC!!! Many 1st round draft canditates have elected to stay for a second year of college ball because of the potential lock out. So not only will we have a new round of Freshmen eligable for the draft, but some more mature and seasoned Sophomores as well. It will also make for a more exciting year of college ball!

I'm sure the Cavs take Irving #1, but they could take Williams #1 if they like him THAT much, then take Knight/Irving at #4. One of them WILL be there at 4 (99.9% it's Knight, obviously).

EXACTLY what i hope happens. I am just so scared that if the cavs DO take williams, that irving will be great and they made the wrong decision.

anyways i just hope they trade up

agreed. i think it will come down to one of these two scenarios if we keep the 1st and 4th:

1st: irving
4th: Jonas/kanter

OR

1st: Dwill
4th: Knight/walker

Yea walker kind of reminds me of a dwade type player. I just hope we get the best we can b/c we need it.LOL

I just heard they are considering trading the 4th pick and JJ to get up to the 2nd. That makes no sense to me whatsoever. I can't see that happening at all.

from where? i heard jj was in rumors. i hope they dont trade him. thatd be just terrible (not just cause he's my favorite). if we do trade him for the second pick, we would have literally NO INSIDE GAME. varejao is only good for so much, jamison if soft, samardo is just EHHH (too slow right now), erden is soft, and hollins can't get rebounds to save his life. UGH enough of my ranting, JJ could easily be a player they can build around for years. HE IMPROVES SO MUCH EVERY YEAR!

Espn talk of course. I don't see them even considering it but what do i know. No reason to trade away young talent. Varejao needs to get back to his 6th man role, he's not a starting center. I love what he does but that's just where he should be.

ya i would not want to mess with anything in our starting roles from last year really. Im sure the front office is curious what things would be like JUST WITH THIS!:

They dont even know what thats like! i guarentee it is better than a team that can have a 27 game losing streak. now just throw in irving and williams if you can get him (without effecting these five guys! - - use ramon/manny/ANYONE).

I don't feel chris grant would want to move JJ. He has come out and said he likes the process of evolving younger talent, which is exactly what theyve done with Boobie and JJ. I think they realize the talent they have and know they can't trade away talent after a year like last one.

However, i still have the feeling it could happen. not too sure how to feel about draft day lol...

Chad Ford (one of the few guys who i actually believe has credibility), just came out saying that the lockout deal is close, BUT it will not allow jonas valunciunas to play in the NBA for next season. he thinks he will drop past 14 out of the lottery picks then. which means kanter for CLE at 4 now maybe???

TRUST me, AP is EASLIY my least favorite player on the cavs. EASILY. He is overrated on defense, and misses SO many open shots. Not to mention he does not know of the English word "PASS".
