Autos - sticker vs hard signed

Noticed alot of Panini stuff is sticker auto vs SPA and SPGU in same price range. Is this an issue for many collectors?

Stickers never bothered me until I recently started breaking boxes and picking up singles of 04 05 Franchises, all hard signed and they look so much nicer.

I agree that on card autos are nicer than stickers but my favourite set is the authentic fabrics one of SP game used 05-06 and they are only available with auto stickers :-)

Hard signed only here.....Panini wants to avoid redemptions and stickers can help with that but it cheapens it for me.

Well, that's just one reason for me:

    1) The player actually had the card in hand, which is cool.
    2) The stickers are often crooked and don't look as nice.
    3) The sticks are restricting, and often players with bigger autos have to make their auto fit, which looks a lot worse than hard-signed autos.

There are some pro's to stickers, but I really dislike them and won't buy them unless they are a great price.

    +1

I have a fair amount of sticker autos being a player collector, but I really like my hard-signed autos WAY more than the sticker auto cards. It really is night and day between the 2 for me. hard-signed>>>>>>sticker

I think it really depends on the cosmetics of the card. Some of them just look silly/cheesy, some look nice. I like the Topps Peak Performance AUs.
