Okay, so i got my refund from ebay like 20 minutes after i escalated the case.. Now the guy is telling me to send the figures back on my dime... Now, I don;t really want to do this because the shipping is expensive and i don;t feel like going through the hassle... Is this something i am obligated to do? Ebay already closed the case and never said anything about this to me... Whats the protocol?

Did you end up having to return the figures?

No, I sent ebay a message they said they refunded me the money out of their pocket not the seller. So the seller had my money and was still trying to get me to send his money back.. jerk!!
